Record Components:
century - century index (e.g. 18 for 1800–1899, 20 for 2000–2099)
count - number of records dated to this century
public record PublicationCenturyStatistic(int century, long count) extends Record
One bucket of the publication-centuries histogram.

century=18 stands for years 1800–1899, century=20 stands for years 2000–2099, etc. Pre-modern centuries (negative values) are dropped by the service to avoid the grammatically odd "-1. Jh." UI label.
